Additional requirements and details are provided with the job description below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a flexible recruiting resource, assigned to requisitions across different teams based on business demand and hiring volume.

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, driving efficient and effective searches in fast‑moving or high‑volume environments.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and partners remotely. Apply scaling excellence principles (e.g., leading Recruiting Kickoffs, conducting candidate video screens, etc.) to set clear guidance and structure.
  • Provide structured interview guides to hiring leaders and gather pertinent, standardized interview feedback to reduce bias and promote a consistent, equitable candidate experience.
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to meet diverse business needs while maintaining consistency in process, experience, and delivery.
  • Leverage proactive sourcing, market insights, and internal tools to identify and engage talent quickly.
  • Partner closely with recruiting leadership and peers to share learnings, flag risks, and ensure seamless transitions as capacity needs change.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple searches, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing/recruitment strategies.
  • Subject matter expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent consultation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment objectives including time-to-fill, volume, quality, and internal hiring objectives.
  • Passion for building strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and peers across multiple departments, levels, and geographic locations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous or current experience with The Walt Disney Company is strongly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other areas of study preferred.
