What you'll do

Licensing

● Prepare deal summaries and work with legal and internal stakeholders to move approved terms through

contract execution.

● Maintain an outreach pipeline with priority targets, contact activity, follow-up timing, responses, and next

steps. Track active deals through negotiation, approval, execution, launch, and revenue projection.

● Oversee licensee relationships and program execution, including contractual requirements, marketing,

reporting, and launch timing.

● Manage product development timelines and coordinate product, packaging, and marketing approvals

with brand management and artist teams, resolving feedback with licensees and keeping launches on

schedule.

● Maintain a renewal calendar and proactively evaluate account performance, recommend terms, and

begin negotiations before agreements expire.

● Maintain a centralized record of royalty reports, reported sales, royalties due, payment status, and

supporting documentation. Partner with finance to follow up on late reports, payments, and

discrepancies.

● Prepare licensing forecasts and performance updates for leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities,

and recommended actions. Attend trade shows and partner meetings as needed.

Amazon

● Own the day-to-day Amazon business, including program strategy, partner coordination, catalog

development, launches, and performance tracking across applicable business models.

● Identify growth opportunities and prepare Amazon forecasts and performance updates for leadership.

● Experience managing outreach and deal pipelines, licensee accounts, forecasts, and reporting records.

● Knowledge of apparel, accessories, collectibles, publishing, lifestyle products, and marketplace trends; music or artist merchandise experience preferred.

● Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

● Work Location: Nashville is preferred but not required.
