Job description

Join our team and experience how we lead with passion, positivity, and accountability to deliver the Right Talent. Right Now.  We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.

For more than 40 years, Oxford Global Resources has helped organizations solve complex business and technical challenges by connecting them with specialized expertise. We work across industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, and healthcare, providing services that range from individual staffing support to co-managed projects and fully managed programs.

Our work is built on understanding what each organization needs and bringing the right people and approach to the challenge. Behind that work are teams across Oxford who strengthen how we operate, support our people, and help us deliver for clients. If you’re looking for a place where your work connects to a larger purpose and has a visible impact, there’s an opportunity to do that here.

What We’re Looking For

Oxford Global Resources is growing its Healthcare IT presence, and this role sits at the center of that momentum. As a Healthcare IT Business Development Executive, you’ll take ownership of a defined book of hospital and health system accounts, building relationships with the COOs and IT leaders who are navigating complex technology decisions around EHR/EMR, RCM, and telehealth systems. You’ll partner closely with our product, clinical, and delivery teams to shape proposals that solve problems, not just check boxes.

This is a high-activity, relationship-driven seat. Healthcare IT is a busy, fast-moving space with no shortage of accounts that need attention, so the person who thrives here brings genuine hustle, self-direction, and a competitive drive to win new business, someone who wants to build a pipeline, not just manage one. We’ve seen healthcare recruiters make this jump successfully: if you understand the healthcare staffing or IT landscape and are ready to move into a sales-owned role, this could be the right next step.

Remote | Non-Exempt | Reports to: VP of Healthcare Technology

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run your own outbound engine, calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with COOs and IT leaders at hospitals and health systems, generating the pipeline your quota depends on.
  • Own your funnel end to end in Salesforce, keeping it healthy and accurately forecasted so you’re consistently on pace with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Translate complex healthcare IT solutions, EHR/EMR, RCM, telehealth into a clear, consultative value proposition that resonates with C-Suite decision-makers.
  • Stay ahead of the market by tracking competitor's moves, regulatory shifts, and industry trends, and use that intelligence to sharpen your go-to-market approach.
  • Partner with our product and clinical teams to build proposals, presentations, and contracts that are tailored to each account’s actual needs.
  • Represent Oxford at Healthcare IT conferences, turning face time into strategic partnerships and long-term account relationships.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the medical, health systems, or IT industry.
  • Solid working knowledge of the healthcare technology ecosystem, EHR/EMR, RCM, and telehealth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and C-Suite presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales cadence tools [e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator].
