SAP CPI Developer

Overview
Client is seeking an SAP BTP Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role focuses on building and managing integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and developing applications and services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP development and integration technologies, including API development, cloud-based integrations, and extensibility solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.

Core Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) on SAP BTP for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Develop custom applications, APIs, and services on SAP BTP within Cloud Foundry and Neo environments.
• Build and support integrations using REST, OData, SOAP, and IDoc interfaces for cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise connectivity.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh and other SAP BTP services.
• Manage and monitor CPI interfaces, troubleshoot issues, resolve integration errors, and optimize performance.
• Enable SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud extensibility through In-App and Side-by-Side extensions on SAP BTP.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• 5–8 years of experience in SAP development and integration.
• Proven experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Flow (iFlow) design, development, and monitoring within SAP CPI.
• Experience working with REST, OData, SOAP, and IDoc integration technologies.
• Experience developing custom applications, APIs, and services on SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP Cloud SDK, CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model, or Node.js/Java development on SAP BTP.
