Professional Services Training Manager

About your role:

You will develop and deliver training programs for technically complex products and solutions used by clients in the sports & entertainment and restaurant market. You will work with project managers, client stakeholders, and internal teams to align training commitments with Statements of Work. Your work helps clients adopt technology effectively through clear curriculum, structured learning experiences, and measurable training outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Develop training modalities for technically complex products, solutions, workflows, and client use cases.
  • Create curriculum that supports strategic training for a large and varied user base.
  • Design and deliver remote and in-person training sessions for client concessions and administrative teams.
  • Evaluate existing training programs and recommend improvements to increase engagement, learning, and retention.
  • Maintain current training materials so content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product changes.
  • Analyze training data, learner feedback, and operational changes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with project managers to fulfill training commitments documented in Statements of Work.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, teaching, client education, or learning and development.
  • 3+ years of experience creating curriculum, facilitator guides, learner materials, or digital learning content for varied audiences.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering training to groups using virtual platforms, classroom settings, or client-facing presentation formats.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing learner feedback, training outcomes, or operational data to improve learning programs.
  • 3+ years of experience using visual design, workflow mapping, or documentation tools to explain complex processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, communications, liberal arts, business, technology, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Teaching certification or formal training in adult learning methods.
  • Experience delivering training for point-of-sale, payments, hospitality, concessions, venue operations, or sports and entertainment clients.
  • Experience creating workflow diagrams using Lucidchart, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, smartsheet or similar digital tools.
  • Experience presenting to large groups in client-facing, academic, or professional settings.

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

This role requires regular travel, 25%.

Salary Range

$58,000.00 - $97,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
