Aspire General Insurance is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Workday Financial Systems Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of our Workday Financials ecosystem.

This role will serve as a key contributor in connecting financial, operational, and workforce data across multiple systems. Working closely with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders, you will help support strategic initiatives involving Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Accounting Center, Adaptive Planning, financial integrations, reporting, and future Workday platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or administering Workday Financials
  • Workday Prism Analytics
  • Workday Accounting Center

Strong understanding of:

  • General accounting principles
  • Financial reporting processes
  • Accounting information systems
  • Experience designing, supporting, or maintaining financial data integrations and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data management best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
  • Experience integrating financial systems with HR, payroll, claims, or policy administration platforms.
  • Experience supporting banking, treasury, or cash management integrations.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience participating in ERP, Workday Financials, or HCM implementations.

What You'll Do:

  • Workday Prism Analytics & Accounting Center
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Accounting Center.
  • Assist in defining financial and operational data requirements from multiple source systems.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Data Management teams to support automated financial data integration processes.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data ingestion and transformation processes within Workday Prism.
  • Configure and maintain Accounting Center rules, mappings, and automated journal entry processes.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and financial data integrity initiatives.
  • Financial Systems & Integrations

Support integration initiatives involving:

  • Reinsurance systems
  • Reserve databases
  • Investment platforms
  • Allocation methodologies and reporting processes
  • Assist with maintaining and enhancing existing financial system integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and automate manual activities.
  • Adaptive Planning & Financial Reporting
  • Participate in the implementation and ongoing support of Adaptive Planning.
  • Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making.
  • Banking & Treasury Integrations
  • Support existing banking and treasury integrations.
  • Assist with testing, maintenance, and future implementation projects involving banking platforms and cash management processes.
  • Workday Financial Systems Administration

Support ongoing system enhancements resulting from:

  • Accounting guideline updates
  • Chart of account changes
  • New products and business initiatives
  • Organizational growth and acquisitions
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and related financial reporting tools.
  • Support employee and organizational data management activities within Workday.
  • Audit, Compliance & Data Governance
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities.
  • Maintain documentation related to integrations, controls, system configurations, and financial processes.
  • Support compliance requirements and governance initiatives.
  • Help ensure data quality, reconciliation accuracy, and process consistency across financial systems.

  • Successful implementation and support of Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center capabilities.
  • Increased automation of financial data ingestion and journal creation.
  • Reliable and scalable financial system integrations.
  • Timely support of accounting, reporting, and business process changes.

  • Improved reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency across Finance functions.

The pay range provided for this position represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Compensation for this position will be determined based on job-related qualifications, experience, education, skills, geographic location, and business needs. Aspire reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits programs as permitted by law.

Salary Description $100,000.00-$130,000.00 Annually
