We're looking for a dynamic Talent Partner to join our growing People team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, building talent pipelines, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive hiring plans.

  • Source, engage, and assess top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to stakeholders.

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.

  • Role is working UK office hours

About You

  • 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

  • Experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience supporting international hiring across multiple countries or regions.

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and English Language communication skills.

  • Experience working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and results driven.
