We are looking for a Data Analyst – Demand Planning to support our global planning organization through advanced analytics, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Finance, Information Technology, and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that enhance forecast accuracy, business performance, and planning maturity. The position supports a fully remote working model and offers the opportunity to contribute to global transformation and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Team Description

You will join a collaborative, analytical, and globally connected planning organization focused on enabling smarter business decisions through data, insights, and performance management. The team partners across regions, functions, and business units to improve planning outcomes, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and support business growth through fact-based decision-making.


Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and other planning metrics.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions that support business reviews and decision-making.
  • Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights.
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of planning information.
  • Support monthly Demand Review and business review processes through data-driven recommendations and performance reporting.
  • Partner with planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, and technology stakeholders on reporting, analytics, and planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to planning transformations, new capability deployments, process improvements, testing activities, and business adoption efforts.
  • Document reporting methodologies, key performance indicator definitions, governance standards, and analytical processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

How Would You Stand Out

  • Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Demand Planning.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Demand Review processes.
  • Experience with SQL and advanced data querying techniques.
  • Familiarity with forecasting performance metrics, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add.
  • Experience within global, matrixed organizations supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes.
  • Knowledge of MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, and planning data structures.
