Recent M365 Migration Engineering experience required.
  • 10+ years' experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows Server, and AD/Entra ID
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Ability to work with a distributed team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at multiple levels between business and IT staff
  • Experience working with Vendors to update Email preferences.
  • Experience with virtualization
  • Understanding of monitoring systems
  • Experience with Backup and Replication systems
  • Need to be comfortable running PowerShell commands to extract data out of Exchange
  • M365 Migration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
  • End-user training and documentation experience
  • Strong M365 Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, OneNote)
  • Experience with Migration tools like AvePoint, Bit Titan, etc.
  • Knowledge of migrating and validating SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams from one tenant to another.
