Job Description

The Sales Representative drives commercial activities in Switzerland in line with regional initiatives and the Global Commercial Plan.

The role proactively manages stakeholders and creates value for patients through stakeholder engagement, commercial projects, and communications. The Sales Representative independently leads planned commercial activities, including educational events and sponsorings.

In this role, the Sales Representative identifies, develops, and maintains collaborative relationships with KOLs, treaters, and other stakeholders. The Sales Rep. will deliver high-quality communication externally as well as internally in line with defined plans. The role will provide field feedback as appropriate through dynamic stakeholder engagement and support the local organization in the development of tactics and provide input to regional account plans.

This role covers geographically Western Switzerland and is 100% field based.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other stakeholders for Aspaveli in the field of C3G and Doptelet in haematology (100 % field-based)
  • Deliver high-quality communications in line with defined communication plans
  • Support/Organization of local events with the appropriate key stakeholders
  • Support medical team on the local level if necessary
  • Attend relevant local, regional and global congresses and symposia to represent Sobi and interact with appropriate stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure in time CRM reporting system Implement global HCP survey campaigns
  • Support the brandteam with relevant insights for account plans and strategic plans. Establish and maintain a strong relationships with local HCPs
  • Gain market insights and trends and share within the team; remain updated on therapeutic trends related to new and existing products
  • Ensure high standard of professionalism to develop and maintain “peer-to-peer” relationship with KOLs.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to a junior professional, highly motivated to interact with HCPs and to build up a strong network
  • Experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative can be beneficial although not a must, as well knowledge of national healthcare system and decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance
  • Ability to plan and implement strategies.
  • Experience in communicating and building relations with stakeholders
  • Pro-active & action oriented; innovative and structured working style
  • Team player with self-dependent working style and able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Target-oriented and result-driven with a high level of empathy and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate points articulately
  • Cross functional and networking abilities combined with the skills to coordinate and collaborate
  • Trustworthy with high ethical standards and motivated by being part of an international organization with a positive attitude toward corporate policies, standards and procedures
  • Fluency in French, English and German is a must.
  • Proficient user of modern IT and office software
