Job description

Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, testing, documentation, debugging, and code optimization.

The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Full Stack Development, APIs, databases, DevOps, and Cloud, with practical experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day software development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications.

  • Use AI tools for code generation, code review, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and testing.

  • Work with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Anthropic API, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions.

  • Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and frontend components.

  • Contribute to microservices-based and Cloud-native architectures.

  • Apply best practices related to Clean Code, SOLID principles, Secure Coding, and CI/CD.

  • Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

  • Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies, such as:

    • Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js.

    • Backend: Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, Node.js/NestJS, Python, or Go.

    • Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.

    • DevOps/Cloud: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, AI agents, or MCP.

  • Ability to review, troubleshoot, and optimize AI-generated code.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and scalable application development.

Preferred AI Tools

Claude / Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Anthropic API, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini Code Assist, or equivalent tools.
