FIJI® Water, natural artesian water bottled at the source in Viti Levu (Fiji islands), is the #1 imported bottled water brand and the top selling premium bottled water in the United States. A product of one of the last virgin ecosystems on the planet, FIJI Water is bottled into iconic square bottles at the source from a vast underground chamber. Through a sealed delivery system free of human contact, FIJI Water is truly untouched, until you unscrew the cap.
FIJI Water is widely available at fine restaurants and hotels, all major retail channels including grocery and convenience, and through an innovative home delivery program. Following the success of the flagship U.S. business, FIJI Water has expanded to more than 75 countries, where the brand’s iconic square bottle is increasingly visible at leading on premise and retail establishments.

Provide accurate forecasts and demand planning inputs to support stock availability and successful promotional execution.
Build strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.
Support the Regional Sales Manager with grocery and distributor strategy, customer presentations and quarterly business reviews.
Track competitor activity and category trends, turning insights into practical recommendations.
Collaborate with finance, supply chain and marketing teams to deliver against customer requirements.
What you’ll bring:
3-5 years of FMCG commercial or account management experience, ideally within beverages, premium FMCG or health and wellness.
Strong knowledge of the UK grocery retail market, with experience managing Waitrose, Whole Foods or Holland & Barrett highly desirable.
Experience developing Joint Business Plans, negotiating commercial terms and managing annual trade agreements.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and manage sales, margins and promotional investment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn sales and category data into clear actions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using data analysis tools such as Nielsen or IRI.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
