📋 ¿Qué harás?

  • Atender llamadas de clientes interesados en realizar una portabilidad.
  • Brindar información y orientación durante el proceso.
  • Revisar y validar los datos de cada solicitud.
  • Registrar la información y dar seguimiento a cada gestión.
  • Resolver consultas de manera rápida y brindar una buena atención.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en CALL CENTER.
  • Vacantes disponibles para Lima y provincias.
  • Personas con buena comunicación, rapidez de atención y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.

💻 Para trabajar desde casa necesitas:

  • PC o laptop.
  • Windows 10 o superior.
  • Procesador Core i3 de 5ta generación o equivalente en adelante.
  • 8 GB de RAM como mínimo.
