  • Automate dashboards and advanced analytics: Design and manage intuitive BI dashboards, leveraging emerging AI tools and data pipelines to track core KPIs, cycle times, and predictive modeling.
  • Identify savings and category opportunities: Conduct deep-dive spend analyses to uncover tail-spend consolidation, volume leverage, and actionable sourcing pipeline priorities.
  • Validate EBITDA savings with Finance: Partner hand-in-hand with Corporate Finance and FPA to audit, reconcile, and align realized cost reductions with business unit budgets.

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights – GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team.

As a key member of our Global Procurement Center of Excellence, you’ll have the opportunity to transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive impactful business decisions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate P&L and EBITDA-level savings, and craft executive narratives for C-suite decision-makers. Here, your expertise will help build modern visual analytics and unleash hidden value across our global procurement ecosystem.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
  • Direct experience working with enterprise ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with executive presentation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred).
