Who we are looking for… 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer focused Facilities Specialist (1099 Contract Role) to help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our Dallas office. This individual takes pride in maintaining a professional workspace, responds promptly to team member requests through Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and approaches each day with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset. This is an ongoing contract opportunity intended to support long-term business needs and is not a fixed-duration assignment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

What you will do…  

  • Monitor the condition of the facility, including office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
  • Respond to cleaning requests submitted through Microsoft Teams or Outlook
  • Spot-clean spills, glass, entry doors, and floors as needed
  • Assist with desk setups, office moves, and furniture arrangements
  • Setup spaces as needed for special on-site events or meetings
  • Reset conference rooms and collaborative spaces after meetings
  • Support special projects and workplace improvements as assigned

What you bring…  

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ year of facilities, custodial or workplace operations experience in an office environment or corporate setting required
  • Proactive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication
  • Detail-oriented, with pride in a clean, polished space
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • This is a contract role. Must be able to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role
