Job description

Start: Immediately | Level: Director | Location: Zug, Switzerland (hybrid) | Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

The Quality Group (TQG) is a fast-growing multi-brand group in nutrition, performance and wellbeing, home to ESN, More Nutrition, RAW Nutrition and BUM Energy. To keep scaling as one group, we are building connected, end-to-end processes, data and systems. As our Global Transformation Leader, you will own our Finance & Controlling processes and shape our enterprise-wide transformation roadmap together with the process owners of Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Master Data.

You will be based in Zug, Switzerland, with regular travel to our other sites (Germany, US).

Your mission

  • You define and own our rolling 2-3 year transformation roadmap for processes, data and systems
  • You take end-to-end ownership of Finance & Controlling processes, from financial close to costing and intercompany accounting
  • You turn function-by-function activities into clear, connected processes with one accountable owner
  • You lead our community of Global Process Owners and set a shared agenda for cross-functional improvements
  • You drive automation, digitalisation and smarter use of data to replace manual and spreadsheet-based workarounds
  • You pressure-test our process and systems architecture against growth plans (new brands, markets, channels, M&A)
  • You set up governance to prioritise, sequence and fund transformation initiatives
  • You build and mentor a high-performing team of process owners and subject-matter leads, and partner with the CFO and executive team

Your experience & skills

  • You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar, plus 10+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting, including several years leading global finance process design in a multinational, multi-entity organisation
  • You have expert knowledge of FI/CO processes (Record-to-Report, close, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany, profitability analysis, costing)
  • You bring a proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year transformation roadmaps in a scaling organisation
  • You have hands-on experience with modern ERP platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) and strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • You have worked in a Global Process Owner (GPO) or comparable process-ownership model
  • You are hands-on, structured and comfortable with ambiguity; IFRS knowledge and FMCG/consumer goods experience are a plus
  • You speak fluent English; German is highly desirable

What We Offer

  • Real impact: a senior role with direct access to the CFO and executive team, shaping the foundation for the next phase of growth
  • Strong brands, fast pace: a dynamic, entrepreneurial multi-brand group where ideas become reality quickly
  • Room to build: the freedom and mandate to innovate, from automation to new ways of working, with a team you grow yourself
