¿Te apasiona potenciar equipos y superar metas en el sector fintech? Abrimos la convocatoria interna para la posición de Gerente Comercial (Inbound Channel) para Cards. Si buscas un reto donde tu estrategia, visión de negocio y empuje directo transformen el crecimiento de las PyMEs en México, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

🚀 Tu reto

Liderarás a un equipo de profesionales, impulsando su desarrollo y acelerando la colocación de nuestra oferta multiproducto (WCL, Cards y Payments).  

  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipo: Acompañar, capacitar y mentorizar al equipo en el cierre de negocios, gestión de avance vs. meta y Business Reviews (BR).  
  • Estrategia Comercial y CRM: Definir la estrategia diaria de marcación y campañas conforme al pipeline, optimizando el funnel de ventas y las tasas de conversión.  
  • Análisis y Toma de Decisiones: Monitorear llamadas, toques y productividad en CRM; crear reportes de estatus e indicadores clave para presentar a la Dirección Comercial.  
  • Conexión Interdepartamental: Escalar incidencias y coordinar iniciativas con Producto, Operaciones y Unidades de Negocio para potenciar los resultados.  

⭐ ¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos a una persona con liderazgo, orientación a resultados, capacidad de ejecución y pasión por desarrollar equipos.

Para participar en esta convocatoria interna, es necesario:

Contar con al menos 6 meses en tu posición actual.

Tener un Performance Assessment sobresaliente.

Mantener un cumplimiento constante de metas y objetivos.

Haber completado los cursos normativos de Universidad Konfío.

Contar con experiencia y/o conocimientos relacionados con gestión comercial, liderazgo de equipos, análisis de información y cumplimiento de objetivos.
