Help Customers Navigate Their Health Coverage with Confidence

Join our team as a Licensed Customer Engagement Specialist, where you'll serve as a trusted guide for customers, agents, and prospective members seeking support with their Accident & Health insurance needs.

In this role, you'll combine your customer service expertise, communication skills, and insurance knowledge to educate customers, answer questions, support enrollment and retention efforts, and connect individuals with solutions that fit their unique situations. What You'll Do


As a Licensed Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll proactively engage customers through outbound outreach while delivering exceptional service and support. You'll help customers navigate their insurance options, answer questions, and ensure they have access to the resources they need.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using approved dialing systems and customer lists.
  • Build rapport quickly and create positive customer experiences through professional, empathetic communication.
  • Educate customers about available programs, services, benefits, and next steps.
  • Follow approved scripts and compliance requirements while maintaining an authentic and conversational approach.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up activities within company systems.
  • Address questions, identify customer needs, and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Protect sensitive customer information and comply with all privacy, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Support inbound customer calls and other service initiatives as business needs evolve.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and development activities to continuously strengthen your skills.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Active Accident & Health Insurance License in your state of residence (required).
  • Strong customer service background with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and navigate sensitive conversations professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment with established processes and scripts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly engaged with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred, particularly Spanish.
  • Additional language skills such as French or Mandarin are also valued.
  • Previous call center, healthcare, health insurance, Medicare, sales support, or customer engagement experience.
  • Experience working remotely and maintaining productivity in a home-office environment.
  • Prior experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.

Work Environment

Compensation

The pay for this role will be $24.00/Hour.
