Job description

Why Cast AI?

Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.

The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.

Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.

Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.

Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.

Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.

About the role

We are looking for a VP Marketing to turn Cast AI’s product leadership and market momentum into durable, measurable growth.

This is the company’s senior global marketing leadership role. You will own global marketing strategy, organization, budget, agency investment, and operating model. You will lead an existing international team across Product

Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital, Content, Field and Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle, and Marketing Operations, developing the structure and capabilities required for our next stage.

You will connect market and customer understanding with clear positioning, focused demand creation, sales activation, product adoption, and measurable revenue outcomes. You will report directly to the CEO working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and regional leaders.

Requirements:

● Significant B2B technology marketing leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data, AI, or enterprise software company.

● A record of building or transforming global marketing organizations and developing excellent functional leaders.

● Direct accountability for qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and marketing efficiency.

● Depth across both Product Marketing and Demand Generation, with the judgment to connect category, ICP, narrative, content, channels, lifecycle, and sales activation.

● Experience marketing complex technical products to practitioners, technical leaders, economic buyers, and enterprise buying committees.

● Experience operating across North America, Europe, and additional international markets with strong regional Sales and Field Marketing partnerships.

● Strong financial and operating discipline, including budget ownership, forecasting, prioritization, agency management, and performance reviews.

● Fluency with modern B2B marketing and revenue systems and the ability to distinguish useful measurement from dashboard activity.

● Evidence of using AI and automation to improve marketing quality, speed, personalization, or insight.

● Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can make complex infrastructure products clear without making them simplistic.

● Comfort working directly with founders and executives, challenging assumptions, making decisions with imperfect information, and turning ambiguity into a focused operating plan.

● Fluent English, written and spoken.

Who you are:

●You are a builder and operator. You set strategy and stay close enough to the work to understand what is actually happening.

● You start with customers and business outcomes, not channels, campaigns, or organizational boundaries.

● You are analytical without hiding behind dashboards. You know when the data is strong, when it is incomplete, and what decision can still be made.

● You create clarity and accountability without unnecessary process.

● You hire and develop excellent people, give them meaningful ownership, and hold a high performance bar.

● You are technically curious, low ego, and able to align strong leaders across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities:

Define our market and go-to-market strategy

● Own ICP, segmentation, buyer and user understanding, positioning, messaging, category narrative, and competitive strategy.

● Translate company and product strategy into clear priorities across products, segments, regions, and routes to market.

● Partner with Product Management on launches, adoption, customer discovery, market feedback, and the path from emerging products to repeatable go-to-market motions.

Build a predictable demand and pipeline engine

● Own the global portfolio of demand programs and the marketing contribution to qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue.

● Determine the right mix of digital, organic, lifecycle, field, partner, customer, product-assisted, and account-based programs based on customer behavior and segment economics.

● Partner with BDR and Sales leadership on acceptance criteria, routing, follow-up, enablement, and feedback so that demand becomes productive sales activity.

● Give regional teams the autonomy to respond to local markets while operating within one global strategy and

measurement system.

Lead the organization and investment

● Set the marketing operating model, budget, organizational design, planning cadence, and performance standards.

● Develop strong functional leaders, clarify decision rights, hire selectively, and create a culture of high ownership and continuous learning.

● Decide where CAST AI should build internal capability and where agencies, contractors, technology, or media provide effective leverage.

● Hold every major investment to a clear audience, intended outcome, owner, and review cadence.

Create an accountable customer journey

● Build a shared view of the journey from initial interest through product evaluation, opportunity, customer, expansion, and advocacy.

● Establish trusted performance definitions and reporting in partnership with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations.

● Use attribution as a decision tool rather than a source of false precision, improving our ability to understand which audiences, messages, experiences, and investments create business value.

● Create a continuous learning loop across customer research, product usage, win/loss analysis, campaign performance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Build an AI-native marketing organization

● Use AI and automation to improve research, content quality, personalization, signal interpretation, campaign execution, and team productivity.

● Create repeatable workflows that combine automation with clear human ownership, judgment, and review.

● Treat technology as operating leverage, not as a substitute for strategy, customer understanding, or measurable outcomes.

What success looks like in the first year

● CAST AI has one clearly understood global marketing strategy connected to company and product priorities.

● Product Marketing provides usable ICPs, positioning, messaging, and enablement for Demand Generation, BDRs, Sales, Product, partners, and regional teams.

● The demand portfolio is focused on the programs and audiences most likely to create qualified pipeline and customers.

● Leadership has a reliable view of marketing investment, demand, qualified opportunities, pipeline, customers, and revenue.

● Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations operate through an effective cadence with explicit ownership and closed feedback loops.

● The marketing organization has clear roles, strong leaders, high standards, and the right mix of internal capability and external support.

What’s in it for you?

  • Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of cloud-native automation and Kubernetes technology.
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first global environment.

  • The opportunity to lead global marketing for a category-defining infrastructure company at a major inflection point.
