Commodity Index & Market Monitoring: Track key feedstock and packaging market indices (e.g., propylene, butadiene, acrylonitrile, polyethylene/polypropylene resin, containerboard, kraft paper, films) and publish recurring market outlooks that inform forward-buy, hedging, and negotiation-timing decisions.
Should-Cost & Total Cost Modeling: Build and maintain should-cost, total-cost-of-ownership, and LPP models incorporating yield, scrap, freight, and quality factors to identify and dimension savings opportunities for category managers.
Sourcing Event Support: Prepare RFx packages, baseline and bid analyses, and scenario/award optimization models; support negotiation preparation with supplier fact packs, financial health assessments, and market intelligence.

covering quality, delivery, competitiveness, and sustainability metrics; support
quarterly business reviews with data preparation and trend analysis.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain visual reporting and analytics tools
(e.g., Power BI) that give category managers and senior leadership a clear view of
spend, market outlook, savings delivery, and risk posture.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with category managers, plant procurement,

qualifications, and enable efficient execution of centrally negotiated agreements at
the site level.
