Omnicare is a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities nationwide, supporting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other institutional care settings. Following the sale of Omnicare by CVS Health, this role will support Omnicare and its continued operations as an independent, standalone organization. Candidates should be aware that this role will not remain within CVS Health following the transaction. The individual hired into this role will be employed by Omnicare and will contribute to shaping the future of our organization during this exciting period of growth and transformation.

Establish and monitor corporate compliance programs at Omnicare. This role is remote.


A Brief Overview
Develops, manages and monitors compliance strategies, programs, and processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations, and prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks for Omnicare.

What you will do

  • Communicates direction for Corporate Compliance processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyzes the performance of company programs and initiatives to assess progress against goals.
  • Leads, implements, and maintains an effective compliance program, including risk assessment, auditing, and monitoring, compliance policies and procedures, and compliance communication and training.
  • Prepares regulatory reports, filings, and follow-ups, and manages regulatory review and audit activities as applicable.
  • Manages multiple regulatory interactions, including drafting regulatory correspondence, responding to regulatory inquiries, and negotiating resolution of regulatory matters.
  • Directs compliance business process reviews, corrective actions, and other projects to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external constituents at senior levels to drive decision-making and influence ethical and compliant outcomes.
  • Manages operational aspects of compliance (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance) to meet business needs.


For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing compliance at a healthcare or pharmacy entity
  • Experience with compliance reporting and monitoring of an enterprise along with ensuring audits are effective
  • Experience working directly with regulatory agencies on audits, inquiries
  • Experience creating and managing an overall effective compliance monitoring program for a company


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

This is a remote role.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
