This person will take ownership of the Addepar and Orion environments, support advisor onboarding and conversions, lead day-to-day reporting operations, and serve as a key resource across Operations, Technology and Advisor teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how portfolio reporting works end to end and can step into the details while also improving the broader process.

Maintain appropriate internal controls throughout the conversion process

Leadership & Process Improvement

Provide hands-on mentorship, training and day-to-day support to portfolio reporting team members
Help prioritize team workloads, deadlines and reporting requirements
Review work and provide feedback focused on accuracy and consistency
Lead knowledge sharing across systems, reporting workflows and operational processes
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across reporting operations
Participate in cross-functional projects involving Reporting, Operations, Technology and Advisors
Support onboarding and development of new team members
Maintain clear written procedures and process documentation

Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working independently within a remote, distributed environment
Able to communicate directly with senior leadership and Partners

Willing to stay hands-on and step into the work when needed
