- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership through proactive communication, sound judgment, and data-informed recommendations.
- Lead recruiting delivery across assigned business areas, ensuring hiring strategies are aligned to business needs, candidate expectations, and Huron’s commitment to excellence.
- Coach, guide, and develop recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources by creating clarity, providing feedback, and helping team members grow their advisory and execution skills.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment where individuals feel supported, accountable, and empowered to do their best work.
- Use recruiting data, market intelligence, capacity insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
- Support workload planning, prioritization, escalation management, process consistency, and operating rhythms that enable the team to deliver with focus and quality.
- Champion a candidate experience that reflects Huron’s values, professionalism, and commitment to respect, transparency, and inclusion.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that strengthen talent advisory capability, recruiting operations, employment brand, reporting discipline, and hiring manager enablement.

Requirements
- Current U.S. work authorization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Eight to ten years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, professional services organization, consulting environment, or executive search firm required.
- Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or directly managing recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources.
- A consultative talent advisory mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, interpret recruiting data, communicate market insights, and recommend solutions that support business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with stakeholders, influence through insight, manage competing priorities, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting experienced-level, leadership, professional services, consulting, or specialized recruiting needs.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated success developing others, creating clarity across competing priorities, and elevating the effectiveness of a recruiting team.
