About the Role & Team

IDC is seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to support the systems, data and processes that keep the sales, marketing and customer success revenue engine running efficiently and measurably.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality, hygiene and field structure
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline, forecast and revenue metrics
  • Document and streamline sales, marketing and customer success workflows and handoffs
  • Support territory, quota and compensation plan administration and data
  • Assist with administration of revenue tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and Gong
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to troubleshoot process, data and reporting issues
  • Support onboarding of new hires into revenue systems and tools
  • Support engagements such as CRM audits and cleanup projects, pipeline/forecast dashboard builds, lead routing and handoff process mapping, and sales/CS tool stack reviews

What You Bring

  • Detail-oriented and process-minded with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working across CRM and spreadsheet tools
  • Able to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer success stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel required; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferre
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Economics or a related business/operations field
  • Undergraduate-level candidate preferred; role emphasizes disciplined execution, tool fluency and process rigor over independently framing ambiguous business questions

Compensation Transparency

At IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, aligned with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.

The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $20-25/hour for undergraduate students and $30-35/hour for graduate students.

If this role relocates to a different country, the salary range will be updated to reflect that country's range, rather than a currency conversion of the original range.
