Position Summary:

The Digital Commerce Content Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing and coordinating digital shelf content across our retail partners. This individual serves as the connective tissue between the Digital Economy Strategy team, Content Syndication team, Media team, and Brand teams — ensuring that content strategy is translated into action, assets are delivered on time, and product detail pages are continuously improved. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce content that drives conversion.

Responsibilities:

Content Optimization & Opportunity Identification

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital shelf content by monitoring seasonality trends, ratings & reviews insights, AI-generated feedback, and search terms.
  • Analyze product performance to identify top items in need of content optimization and prioritize efforts based on business impact.
  • Leverage content tools and partners to assess content quality, benchmark against competitors, and inform optimization recommendations.
  • Support new product launch content coordination, ensuring all assets (written copy, images, and enhanced content) are completed and live by launch deadlines.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Receive content strategy direction from the Digital Economy Strategy team and translate it into clear, actionable briefs and findings for the Brand teams.
  • Share insights, data, and recommendations with Brand teams to guide content creation priorities.
  • Track content development progress and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure the Content Syndication team is informed when content is completed and ready for distribution.
  • Maintain content calendars, status trackers, and workflow documentation to keep all stakeholders aligned.

Ratings & Reviews Management

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks within Bazaarvoice, including monitoring review volume, flagging issues, and supporting review syndication and social commerce efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ratings & reviews performance and escalate strategic recommendations to the Digital Economy Strategy team and Brand teams.

AI-Enabled Content Execution

  • Utilize AI tools to adapt and scale written content across multiple retailer platforms, maximizing content investment by reducing redundant copywriting costs.
  • Ensure AI-generated content meets brand guidelines and retailer-specific requirements before submission.

Content Syndication Support

  • Monitor content readiness and coordinate handoffs to the Content Syndication team for timely distribution across retail partners.
  • Assist in troubleshooting syndication issues and ensuring content accuracy across platforms
