About the Role

The Go to Market Project Lead coordinates the planning and delivery of go to market initiatives for products, features, content, and commercial launches and updates. In this role, you will work across product, sales, marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, support launch readiness, and help deliver a consistent experience for colleagues and customers. You will also support the management of tools, processes, communications, and reporting that enable successful go to market execution across the LexisNexis Canada Business Unit.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end go to market plans for product, feature, and content launches and updates, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness activities.
  • Translate go to market strategy into practical project plans, maintaining timelines, action logs, status updates, and risk or issue tracking.
  • Partner with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to align deliverables, owners, and decision points.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of launch communications, updates, and materials for internal stakeholders and customers (including, but not limited to, LexisNexis University content, monthly Sales newsletter, and Testimonial Tool).
  • Coordinate sales and customer support enablement, including training materials, presentations, and resources in tools such as Seismic.
  • Maintain and update internal tools pages, and other go to market content so information is accurate, current, and easy to access.
  • Coordinate go to market processes and tools, improving consistency, documentation, and adoption across the organization.
  • Build and deploy marketing automation assets, such as Pardot landing pages and emails, to support various project requirements, as needed.
  • Support budget and cost tracking for assigned initiatives, identifying variances and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Maintain productive internal and external relationships, ensuring responsive, professional, and customer focused interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, go to market delivery, product marketing, sales enablement, project coordination, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience organizing multiple workstreams, managing timelines and dependencies, and keeping stakeholders informed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for sales, customer support, marketing, product, and leadership audiences. Bilingual (English and French Canadian) an asset.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across functions and coordinate contributors who may not report directly to the role.
  • Ability to collect, validate, and interpret routine data, use spreadsheets and reporting tools, and identify clear next steps.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, customer relationship management, content management, collaboration, or enablement tools; experience with Pardot and Seismic is an advantage.
  • Understanding of customer and market needs and the ability to connect project activities to commercial objectives.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home Based - Canada ON $48,800-$81,300(CAD).
