Flash Pack

Travel & Tourism

Flash is, first and foremost, a group of passionate consumers who love amazing products from innovative and vibrant D2C brands, both big and small. As consumers, we love it when these brands go above and beyond to provide delightful experiences. But we think this doesn't happen often enough, especially now that we are all increasingly discovering new products via social media, publisher websites, and creators. We see this as a missed opportunity because brands simply don't have the tools to take advantage of this trend! We are building the technology that is optimised for these (and many others) points of discovery. Our checkout is built to be contextual and can therefore be accessed everywhere - via social media ads, SMS, email, QR codes, product packaging and other brand assets. In essence, our checkout makes the physical and digital worlds instantly shoppable and revolutionises the way people shop and interact with their favourite brands. Our business is both B2B and B2C. Our primary customers are innovative direct-to-consumer brands that care about providing the very best customer experience. But our technology will also end up in the hands of consumers that interact with and purchase products from these brands. We have recently secured €500,000 in pre-seed funding from Flash Ventures to help us build the product and recruit the team that can help us realise our vision.

Job description

About Flash Pack:

When was the last time you made a new friend? The quality of your relationships is the single most important factor for your mental health. Travel has a unique ability to fast-forward the friendship-making process, which is why we’re on a mission to create one million meaningful friendships using the power of travel and technology as a platform for human connection.

We create curated social adventures for solo travellers in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Since launching in 2014, we’ve seen impressive year-on-year growth and become the category leader in a thriving, rapidly expanding market with the majority of our business now in the US.

We’re well-funded, we’ve shaken up an outdated industry, and we see ourselves as a friendship company far more than a travel company. Our culture is down-to-earth, hard-working and compassionate, built by exceptional people who care deeply about doing work we’re proud of.

You can find out more about our culture and life at Flash Pack here.

The Role:

As an Adventure Product Innovation Manager at Flash Pack, you’ll be the person who lives, breathes and flat-out obsesses over travel. You’ve built unforgettable events or experiences before — now you want to do it on a global stage.

Your mission: go out into the world, uncover the most epic group adventures possible, and bring them to life with partners who can deliver them at scale. You’ll design trips end-to-end: researching destinations, crafting standout moments, shaping itineraries that spark friendship, and ensuring each launch is commercially sound and operationally tight.

This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you’ll spot great ideas, shape them fast, and launch them at a best-in-class standard before handing them over for long-term growth. If you love building experiences that genuinely change people’s lives — and you’re energised by balancing big creative thinking with smart commercial decisions — you’ll thrive here.

In line with our salary framework, the salary for this role is £50,500 to £54,000 depending on experience. The role is remote-first, meaning that you will work remote from the country of hire (UK) for the most part but will be expected to be in London every 6-8 weeks.

Where you will spend your time:

  • Hunting down the world’s most exciting destinations, experiences and adventure concepts — and turning them into real, bookable trips for solo travellers

  • Designing end-to-end itineraries full of standout moments, connection opportunities, and innovative “wow” experiences that set Flash Pack apart

  • Working closely with brilliant partners and local suppliers to build trips that feel unique, well-paced and operationally sound

  • Using insights, guest feedback, and competitor research to shape products that people genuinely love — balancing creativity with commercial sense

  • Setting launch budgets with our Pricing team and making smart decisions that ensure each new trip is financially healthy from day one

  • Owning early-stage trip performance: keeping an eye on occupancy, margin, quality scores and overall stability while a trip beds in

  • Ensuring every new trip meets our quality benchmarks — from delivery standards to guest sentiment — before handing it to the wider Product Operations team

  • Keeping up with global travel trends, emerging destinations and fresh experience ideas, feeding them into a dynamic product roadmap

  • Building strong working relationships across teams to make sure the trips you create not only launch brilliantly, but have long-term potential

What we’d love to see from you:

  • A well-travelled and/or culturally curious mindset — you understand what makes destinations special and how to design experiences that feel authentic and bring people together

  • Experience creating unforgettable experiences — whether in travel, events, experiential design, hospitality, or a similar field where you’ve brought ideas to life for real people

  • Someone who can spot emerging global travel and culture trends, creatively shaping them into new adventure concepts that get Flash Pack ahead of the curve

  • Proven ability in using data to take a concept, shape it quickly, and turn it into something polished, scalable and operationally sound

  • Strong relationship-building skills — you know how to work with global partners, negotiate confidently, and bring people along with your vision

  • A commercially sharp approach: you’re comfortable with budgets, early performance metrics and making smart decisions that balance guest experience with financial reality

  • Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and big ideas need to become real, fast. You are strong at finding inventive solutions before issues become patterns.

  • A natural collaborator who loves working cross functionally to bring big ideas to market. You have experience managing multiple projects at once without losing clarity or quality

We’re after the right person and if you don’t quite hit all the criteria, we’d still encourage you to apply. We’d love to chat and see if you could be a great fit for Flash Pack.

Interview Process 🛠️:

Our interviews take place on Google Meet and consist of the following stages:

  • Meet with one of our founders to see if your ways of working are a match with ours and how your own values might add to the culture and work of the team. (45-60 mins)
