We are now looking for a Product Sales Manager to join our sales team.

“We’re looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our UK Sales Team as Product Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll drive the profitable growth of our Chevron business by building strong relationships with key customers and supporting our regional sales teams. You’ll also act as an important link between Sales and Operations, working closely with our Markets and Product Management teams to align activity with our wider product and segment strategy.

What you will do

  • Lead the Chevron category in the UK, combining category ownership with customer and sales support, forecasting, supply chain collaboration, and technical-commercial expertise across the wider automotive segment, including PPF, colour change, and related automotive products
  • Own and develop the templating process
  • Work closely with key customers, providing technical-commercial support and contributing to strategic category opportunities. You may also manage selected customer relationships when appropriate
  • Support the regional sales team in growing the Chevron category and achieving business objectives
  • Collaborate with UPM supply chain and procurement teams to ensure products are available in the right place at the right time
  • Provide accurate forecasts to support planning and decision-making
  • Selectively support the Automotive segment across the UK and Ireland by providing technical sales support for PPF, color change, and other automotive products – working closely with our Global segment specialist.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and customer events, providing support and building strong customer relationships


Who you are

  • You have experience in category management, product ownership, sales support, technical sales, or a related business area
  • You can build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • You are comfortable working across commercial, technical, and operational topics and can balance multiple priorities
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working with a variety of teams and customers
  • You can analyze information, provide reliable forecasts, and support informed business decisions
  • You are proactive, organized, and focused on delivering practical solutions
  • You have experience within the automotive sector, including PPF, colour change, or related products, is beneficial but not essential
  • You are interested in learning, developing your expertise, and contributing to business growth

Additional information about the position

This position is located in the United Kingdom. This position is fully remote and home-office based combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration with customers nationwide, as well as visits to the UPM Graphics location in the UK of Lancaster and Woking.

The position holder will report to Sales Operations Leader – UK and Ireland.
