Description
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in building and scaling SendCutSend’s Software Engineering teams by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across all levels of engineering talent. In this role, you will focus on identifying and engaging highly skilled software engineering candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and relationship building while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, define role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive talent market. You will serve as a technical recruiting resource to the organization, providing insight into engineering talent markets, candidate availability, compensation trends, and recruiting strategies. You will also contribute to recruiting operations, process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and talent programs that support the continued growth and success of the organization.

What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Software Engineering positions across all levels, including specialized, senior, and leadership roles
- Partner closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define technical requirements, develop candidate profiles, and support recruiting strategies across engineering teams
- Proactively source and engage passive Software Engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, sourcing platforms, technical communities, and other creative sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and hard-to-fill Software Engineering positions while developing long-term candidate relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of SendCutSend’s engineering teams, technologies, technical requirements, career levels, and evolving Software Engineering talent trends to effectively identify and evaluate qualified talent and continuously improve technical recruiting strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical experience, qualifications, career progression, communication skills, cultural alignment, and overall fit for the organization
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, debriefs, and offer coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and reporting within the applicant tracking system while ensuring data integrity and process consistency
- Write and optimize compelling technical job postings and recruiting outreach content to attract Software Engineering talent across a variety of disciplines and experience levels
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent maps for highly specialized or competitive Software Engineering positions
- Serve as a resource to Engineering leaders and hiring managers on technical talent markets, candidate availability, compensation insights, interviewing best practices, and hiring strategies
- Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team on recruiting process improvements, sourcing strategies, tools, and initiatives that strengthen recruiting workflows, team operations, and the overall candidate and hiring experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a technical discipline, or a related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting Software Engineering and highly technical positions
- Experience recruiting Software Engineering talent across multiple disciplines and levels, including Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Quality/SDET, Data, senior, staff, principal, and leadership positions
- Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting tools
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering roles, technical skill sets, terminology, and career levels with the ability to evaluate candidate experience and qualifications
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate technical experience, career progression, communication skills, and organizational fit
- Experience partnering directly with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and technical searches in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting workflows; experience with Paylocity preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments, teams, and locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting with a strong focus on Software Engineering or technical recruiting
- Experience developing talent maps and sourcing strategies for highly specialized or difficult-to-fill technical positions
- Experience recruiting within a high-growth technology, software, manufacturing technology, or product-driven organization
- Experience using recruiting data and pipeline metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and improve hiring outcomes
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and structured interviewing techniques

- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment for remote work.
Work Environment
- This role is a work from home position in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires consistent communication, organization, and coordination across multiple onsite and remote teams.
- Occasional travel to company facilities, hiring events, or community outreach activities may be required.

Salary Description
$95,000 - $130,000/annually
