Job description

About Asteris

Asteris is a leader in veterinary imaging technology. Our Keystone PACS software suite helps veterinary practices, hospitals, and specialists store, view, share, and report on diagnostic images, from radiographs to ultrasound and CT, easily and securely from anywhere. Built specifically for the veterinary industry, Keystone integrates with leading practice management systems and powers teleconsultation workflows that help veterinarians make confident medical decisions. Asteris is part of Valsoft Corporation, which acquires and grows vertical market software companies.

The Role

As a North American Sales Representative, you will drive new business for Keystone PACS across veterinary practices, hospitals, and specialty groups in the US and Canada. • Run discovery conversations to understand each veterinary practice's needs, imaging workflows, and technical environment
  • Advise clients on technical requirements and recommend appropriate computer and hardware configurations
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the Keystone software suite, by web and in person
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Travel to veterinary trade shows and to meet prospective and current clients
  • Stay on top of market trends and share recommendations with internal teams
  • Partner with Client Success for smooth handoffs, and share market feedback with Product
  • Keep pipeline, activity, and forecasts up to date in the CRM

  • Comfortable with a CRM and a data-driven sales process
  • Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and client visits

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into veterinary, animal health, or healthcare practices
  • Familiarity with imaging equipment, PACS, or practice management software
  • An existing network in the veterinary industry

Benefits

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision, plus basic life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, and voluntary life coverage
  • 401(k) program
