About the role

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Solutions Senior Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of project delivery solutions, business processes, and strategic initiatives across client programs and internal operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and operational excellence capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that drive business performance and client success.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development and deployment of solutions that improve project delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges, evaluate requirements, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Manage complex initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee solution roadmaps, implementation plans, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between project management, cost management, digital, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, reporting tools, and operational standards to support effective decision-making.
  • Monitor solution performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations to communicate solution strategies and outcomes.
  • Support change management efforts and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, improve delivery models, and enhance client value.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, solution design, and client pursuits.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and ensure best practices are captured and implemented across teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, process standardization, and digital enablement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, governance requirements, and applicable SOX controls where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business solutions, program management, operations, consulting, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering business transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements, operational strategies, and scalable business solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Smartsheet, and other project or operational management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance management methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business solutions.
