About the Role

This role focuses on building reliable Python-based products while effectively using modern AI capabilities and code-assistant tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and automate practical business workflows. 

As a Python Developer with AI, you will help design and deliver applications that automate key business processes and improve developer productivity through effective use of AI tools. You will contribute to scalable backend and web solutions, while using code assistants thoughtfully to speed up implementation, improve maintainability, and uncover insights from data and workflows. 

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain applications and web applications using Python 
• Design and implement scalable and robust backend systems 
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code 
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices 
• Use AI-powered code assistants responsibly to accelerate development, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation 
• Evaluate AI-generated suggestions critically and ensure code quality, correctness, security, and maintainability 
• Identify practical opportunities to automate internal workflows with AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll bring

• Strong proficiency in Python 
• Understanding of how to use a code assistant effectively in daily development work 
• Ability to validate, adapt, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly 
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI 
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development 
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB 
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git 
• Eagerness to learn and apply AI-driven approaches in software development 

Nice to have 

• Prior exposure to machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn 
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic frontend integration 
• Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React 
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLM-based features, or automation workflows into applications
