Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer HR Helpline calls and provide timely, professional support to team members.
  • Act as an initial escalation point for team member inquiries and determine the appropriate path for resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to questions regarding administrative procedures and practices through multiple channels, including phone, case management systems, and the Support Hub (employee portal).
  • Provide general answers and solutions to inquiries and requests associated with human resources matters, including payroll, pre-employment background checks, new hire support, compensation, leaves of absence, separation processes, employee concerns, and general administrative support.
  • Support team members with HR Service Center, pre-employment, hiring, onboarding, and HR administration needs.
  • Ensure process excellence, compliance, and effective service delivery of HR administrative programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and other HR functional areas.
  • Educate team members on available HR Shared Services resources and encourage the use of self-service tools such as Support Hub and Workday.
  • Process, enter, and approve transactions in Workday while maintaining accurate data entry, including address changes, legal name changes, and other employee updates.
  • Document requests and inquiries from team members and escalate cases as needed by transferring them to the appropriate resource or department.
  • Interpret HR policies, respond to team member and manager questions, and escalate matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and other HR support resources as needed.
  • Assist in the transition of HR administrative processes to the centralized HR Administration team, including transitioning work from HR field roles to the centralized administration function.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, other key HR groups, and IT as needed to transition and streamline HR administrative processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison between HR teams and functional partners to ensure team member needs are addressed effectively.
  • Assist in ensuring HR administrative processes are streamlined and effective, including control reporting designed to identify potential process breakdowns.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, process improvements, and projects as required.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer-service mindset with a team member-first approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively support employees and managers.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and appropriately assess the urgency of requests.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to follow through and complete tasks accurately.
  • Proven discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information.

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule: This position is specifically designated to support business operations during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Regular availability and the ability to work this schedule are essential requirements of the position.


Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.  Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.  All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $21.38 - 29.39
