Qualifications requises
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- 7 à 12 ans d’expérience dans des implémentations SAP S/4HANA complètes, y compris l’intégration avec d’autres solutions SAP.
- Solide expérience en architecture d’entreprise et sur les plateformes d’intégration, y compris les API.
- Connaissance approfondie des produits logiciels SAP dans les environnements Public Cloud, Private Cloud et On-Premise.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de conception de solutions.

Job Summary
Syntax is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead the overall design, architecture, and implementation of global SAP solutions. This role focuses on Financial Management modules within SAP S/4HANA and ERP environments, supporting clients across industries such as Consumers, Manufacturing, EC&O / Professional Services, and Natural Resources. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence architecture decisions that improve scalability, resilience, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global SAP solution architecture for Financial Management modules with a focus on long-term stability and continuity.
- Support client solutions across industries such as Consumers, Manufacturing, EC&O / Professional Services, and Natural Resources.
- Align architecture designs with business needs, enterprise standards, and technology strategy.
- Design SAP solutions for deployment, configuration, and operations with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and resiliency.
- Facilitate the design of the overall system landscape, including business requirements evaluation and integration planning.
- Integrate AI-first AMS capabilities into solution architecture where applicable.
- Collaborate with functional SAP consultants to apply best practices in client service and issue resolution.
- Provide input to Design Authority, chief architects, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Maintain a strong focus on business drivers and system functionality to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously improve the architecture function and uphold sustainable design standards.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7–12 years of experience in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including integration with other SAP solutions.
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture and integration platforms, including APIs.
- Deep knowledge of SAP software products across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Prem environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, controlling, and finance processes as they relate to SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in English for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in multiple ERP solutions across a range of industries.
- Experience supporting architecture or transformation initiatives in global enterprise environments.
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal communication.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments while managing client expectations.
- An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus, such as SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting with SAP ERP.
