Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient-centered care will help ensure every patient receives timely, compassionate, and coordinated care throughout their treatment journey. As a Surgery/Special Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled procedures, admissions and/or appointments. This role is essential to maintaining the organization of the unit, allowing caregivers to continue providing the exceptional care our patients deserve and have come to expect from Cleveland Clinic.
A caregiver in this position works remotely Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. after the 3–4-month training period. Training will take place on-site at the Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus in Beachwood, Ohio.
