Job description

About the Role

This role sits at the technical intersection of product and customer deployments for a fast-growing AI voice and communication platform serving SMEs. You will own end-to-end rollouts, from requirements capture through integrations and monitoring, ensuring production setups run reliably for real customers. Your findings feed directly back into the product, making this a high-impact position on a small, high-velocity team.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups, translating requirements into robust implementations.

  • Lead production rollouts of AI assistant setups, including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts and guardrails.

  • Implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, webhooks and common services such as CRM, calendar, ticketing and payments.

  • Develop small-to-medium features and glue code to map customer use cases to production systems, including tests, monitoring and logging.

  • Debug live issues across calls, flows and data, and deploy rapid fixes under production conditions.

  • Build reusable templates, deployment playbooks and best practices to make setups scalable and repeatable.

  • Maintain a fast feedback loop into product by surfacing pain points, feature gaps and recurring patterns with concrete recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of practical experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into production implementation plans.

  • Proven experience building and rolling out production workflows, data flows, prompts and guardrails for AI applications.

  • Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation and failure modes.

  • Hands-on experience implementing integrations (APIs, webhooks) and common auth patterns such as OAuth and API keys.

  • Strong coding skills (TypeScript or Python preferred) to implement glue code and features, with testing, monitoring and logging experience.

  • Basic cloud deployment and observability experience for debugging in production.

  • German proficiency at B2 level or above is strongly preferred.

  • Bonus: experience with voice or telephony integrations, workflow automation tools, SQL, monitoring/tracing, or GDPR/privacy considerations.

  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and comfort in fast-moving startup environments.
