This is a remote position.
Seeking a Lead Power BI Developer who will design, develop, test, and deliver modern reporting solutions that support daily business operations, program leadership, and analytical initiatives. Additionally:
- Source data from BigQuery-based data marts and distribute through approved agency channels.
- Serve as a technical lead for the Power BI development team.
- Provide mentoring, best-practice direction, and coordination across program areas.
- Work closely with business partners, data engineers, and ETL developers to ensure accurate data sourcing from BigQuery data marts.
- Develop visually effective, accessible, and standardized reports aligned with agency reporting and accessibility requirements.
- Ensure all Power BI assets follow established governance, security, and documentation standards.
- Perform testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reporting products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, verify data elements, and support enterprise reporting needs.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and support materials
