Job description

WaterWipes is growing across the GCC, and we are looking for a commercially minded Regional Sales Executive to help turn that ambition into strong execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build trusted distributor relationships, understand the numbers and keep commercial plans moving. You will work across multiple markets, helping us identify opportunities, improve performance and deliver sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

This is a new role within our Developing Markets team, created to strengthen our commercial support and execution across the GCC.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager – GCC, you will work closely with distributors, customers and internal teams to deliver agreed commercial plans. Your remit will include markets such as Bahrain, Jordan and Iraq, alongside supporting distribution partners in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

You will combine relationship management with sales analysis, forecasting, customer administration and commercial reporting. You will also bring structure to day-to-day execution while looking for practical opportunities to grow our presence across online and offline retail channels.

During your first 90 days, you will build a strong understanding of the WaterWipes business, take ownership of key customer and distributor relationships, begin leading commercial discussions and develop clear plans to support sales targets and regional growth.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

You will support the Regional Business Manager in managing and developing distributor relationships across the GCC, ensuring actions, commitments and commercial plans are followed through.

You will monitor sales, volume, distribution, promotional activity and other commercial indicators, using the data to identify opportunities, risks and areas requiring action.

You will support customer and distributor business reviews, prepare clear presentations and ensure agreed actions are completed.

You will contribute to forecasting and demand planning by monitoring stock, reviewing sales trends and working with distributors and internal teams to improve forecast accuracy.

You will help deliver pricing, promotional and trade investment activity, assessing performance and recommending practical improvements.

Working with the Shopper Activation Manager, you will support retailer activations, promotional programmes and key trading events, particularly within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

You will monitor online availability, product content and digital shelf execution across key retail customers, identifying ways to improve visibility and engagement.

You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain to ensure distributors receive timely support and regional plans are delivered effectively.

Who This Role Is For

This role is suited to someone with approximately two to five years of experience in FMCG sales, account management, trade marketing or commercial operations.

You understand how distributors and retailers operate and can balance relationship management with detailed commercial follow-through. Experience working within GCC markets would be valuable, as would a background in FMCG, consumer health, beauty, personal care or toiletries.

You are comfortable working with sales reports, forecasts and commercial data. You can turn information into clear actions rather than simply reporting the numbers.

You are highly organised, able to manage several priorities at once and comfortable working in a fast-paced international business.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are important. Experience using Nielsen, Circana or similar market data would be an advantage.

Fluent English is required, and Arabic language capability would be beneficial. A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.

What Will Make You Successful Here

You take ownership of your work and follow commitments through to completion.

You build credible, long-term relationships and understand that strong distributor partnerships require consistency, honesty and regular communication.

You are commercially curious. You ask the right questions, understand what drives performance and use data to make sound recommendations.

You have the energy and self-motivation to succeed in a remote environment, while remaining closely connected to colleagues, customers and distribution partners.

You work collaboratively, communicate openly and stay flexible when market conditions or priorities change.

Most importantly, you are comfortable being accountable. You will be expected to bring ideas, identify opportunities and play an active role in developing the region rather than waiting for direction.

Why Join WaterWipes

WaterWipes is a growing global business with the pace, ambition and accountability of an entrepreneurial organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to build broad commercial experience across a diverse and developing international region. You will work closely with senior commercial stakeholders, gain exposure to multiple GCC markets and contribute directly to how we develop our customer and distributor partnerships.

As the region grows, there is potential for the scope and responsibilities of the role to develop with it.

Location & Practicalities

This is a remote role based in Dubai, UAE.

Travel across the GCC will be required to meet distributors, customers and internal stakeholders. The role will support commercial activity across the region, with a particular focus on developing distributor relationships and improving execution across priority markets.

Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a remote setup while maintaining regular contact with the wider team.
