Partnership Scope
Workplace Video Data Collection
- Facilitate collection of first-person or egocentric video showing authentic work processes
- Capture real manual activities performed during normal business operations
- Coordinate contributors using eligible smartphones and wearable phone mounts
- Ensure recordings reflect genuine commercial environments and practical workflows
- Support sufficient variety and coverage across relevant workplace activities
Participant & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate groups of employees or professionals participating in data collection
- Communicate project instructions and recording requirements clearly
- Support high-volume video submissions across participating teams
- Help contributors understand expected workflows and quality standards
- Maintain organised participation throughout active collection periods
Workflow, Safety & Compliance
- Advise on appropriate workflows and operational practices within the business
- Ensure recording activities remain consistent with workplace safety requirements
- Support implementation of privacy and consent procedures
- Identify operational situations that should not be recorded or submitted
- Maintain appropriate ethical and compliance standards throughout participation
Data Quality & Project Guidelines
- Implement project guidelines across participating teams

- Help ensure submitted material accurately represents the underlying activities
Partnership Communication & Delivery
