Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance business presentations, improve narrative structure and visual communication, and translate complex information into clear executive-level materials. The opportunity is specifically suited to professionals with direct client-facing management consulting experience who are comfortable applying structured thinking, presentation judgement, and concise written communication to high-impact business content. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Presentation Reconstruction
- Reconstruct and enhance Microsoft PowerPoint slides from provided materials
- Improve slide clarity, hierarchy, structure, and visual consistency
- Preserve the core intent of the original content while strengthening presentation quality
- Apply professional consulting standards to slide layout and formatting
- Deliver polished materials appropriate for executive and client-facing use
Storylining & Narrative Development
- Develop clear storylines across presentations and individual slides
- Strengthen narrative flow from problem definition through insights and recommendations
- Improve sequencing so complex ideas are easier to follow
- Create sharper message hierarchy and more effective action titles
- Align presentation structure with the needs of senior stakeholders
Data Visualisation & Insight Communication
- Transform complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear visual outputs
- Select appropriate charts, tables, and presentation structures
- Improve data-heavy slides for readability and decision usefulness
- Highlight the most important insights without unnecessary complexity
- Ensure visual storytelling supports the underlying analytical message
Content Editing & Client Readouts
- Edit slide content for precision, clarity, and audience engagement
- Translate technical or complex information into concise business language
- Refine executive summaries, recommendations, and client-facing messages
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and presentation logic
- Support development of clear and persuasive client readouts
Quality Review & Research Collaboration
- Critically review presentations for structure, coherence, and visual impact
- Identify weaknesses in narrative flow, design choices, or content logic
- Provide constructive feedback on presentation quality
- Collaborate remotely with project contributors through iterative review cycles
- Contribute consulting examples and domain expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows
Ideal Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of client-facing management consulting experience
- Professional experience at a consulting firm is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong experience developing executive and client-facing presentations
- Demonstrated expertise in storylining and structured communication
- Strong data-visualisation and visual-storytelling capabilities
- Experience producing client readouts and senior-level business materials
- Excellent written communication and content-editing skills
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into accessible presentation content
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify weaknesses in narrative structure and presentation flow
- Strong professional judgement when balancing content, clarity, and visual design
- Portfolio or demonstrated experience creating polished business presentations is highly valuable
- Comfortable working in remote, collaborative environments with evolving requirements
- No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required
Engagement Details
- Independent contractor engagement
- Remote — United States, United Kingdom, or Canada only
- Compensation: $150–$350/hour
- Work will involve PowerPoint reconstruction, executive presentation design, storylining, data visualisation, content editing, and client-readout development
- Assignments may include strategy decks, executive updates, analytical presentations, client materials, and other business-facing deliverables
- At least 2 years of client-facing management consulting experience is required
- Strong presentation judgement and structured consulting communication are central to this engagement
- Contributors may participate in iterative feedback and revision cycles
- Project scope, presentation types, and evaluation requirements may evolve depending on project needs
- No prior AI experience is required
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, consulting firm, institution, or other third party
