Compliance Support Senior Expert 

Support the global Regulatory Affairs (RA) business function by implementing and maintaining regulatory activity data, including applications, registrations, and global and local variations, within the Regulatory Information Management system, Veeva Vault RIM.

The role enables RA, other Consumer Health and R&D functions, and Product Supply to achieve business goals while supporting compliant life-cycle management of the product portfolio.

In close cooperation with relevant RA functions, the role contributes to the global integration of regulatory key data and the mid- to long-term optimization of the integrated system, process, and data landscape. It also supports automation of repetitive activities to improve efficiency in the short to medium term.

Responsibilities:

• Create master data records and maintain an integrated tracking database containing key information on regulatory events and documentation submitted in each country.
• Support the global tracking system and related reporting and business intelligence capabilities, providing reliable RA data to run the business effectively and remain compliant with Health Authority requirements.
• Support global communication across functions and locations regarding regulatory process tracking and issue management, and provide training to end users of the tracking system.
• Contribute to the automation of existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive manual work.
• Support RIM Process Owners and subject matter experts in global-level discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in life sciences, or a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, a related science discipline, or an equivalent qualification. 
• At least 1–3 years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a data management or regulatory role. 
• Experience in Veeva Vault RIM; basic knowledge is the minimum expectation, while hands-on experience is preferred. 
• Experience with GxP validation of electronic systems is preferred. 
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Word and PowerPoint. 
• Intermediate knowledge and practical experience with digital collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. 
• Intermediate capability in Power BI or Power Automate. 
• Understanding of regulatory data maintenance and integrated tracking or reporting environments. 
• English at C1 level or above, both written and spoken. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrated cross-functional communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills. 
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to focus on practical solutions. 
• Ability to work effectively within a global team framework and a multicultural environment. 
• Ability to develop communication strategies, timelines, and action plans. 
• Collaborative approach when working with Process Owners, subject matter experts, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 10 480 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
