Sales Effectiveness Senior Analyst - Global Health Benefits - Remote

Help the North American Sales for Cigna Global Health Benefits team turn information into action and deliver a smooth experience for prospects, brokers and clients. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will combine sales support, data analysis and cross-functional coordination to strengthen proposals, support new business and improve client outcomes. This role is ideal for an organized, curious professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong partnerships and helping a fast-moving sales team succeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales representatives to prepare and submit accurate new-sale quotes, including package and group benefit quotations in coordination with Underwriting.
• Create clear, client-focused proposals and tailored sales presentation materials that communicate value and reflect prospect needs.
• Coordinate the new-business implementation process with internal and external partners, helping ensure client intent is captured and supporting a strong client experience.
• Respond to prospect and broker inquiries with Sales representatives, resolve issues and connect partners to the right information and resources.
• Prepare and send applications and supporting documents to clients, then coordinate with operational teams through new-business installation.
• Maintain accurate new-business and existing-client growth information in Salesforce, and produce standard and customized reports that support decisions.
• Use enterprise tools, quality standards and sales best practices to complete ad hoc analysis, identify insights and support operational priorities.
• Build productive relationships across teams to gather information, solve problems and move work forward.
• Contribute to market projects and process improvements identified by the Sales Administration Manager.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative, sales support or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and research skills, sound judgment and close attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A high level of accountability, initiative and commitment to responsive service.

Preferred

• Experience supporting a Sales team or working in the group insurance business.
• Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management system.
• Bachelor's degree in business, office administration or a related field.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 63,600 - 106,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
