Are you organized, helpful, and excited about creating memorable travel experiences? We’re looking for a Holiday Planning Consultant to help clients plan vacations, getaways, and holiday travel that fit their interests, schedules, and preferences.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about travel destinations, and staying organized. No previous travel industry experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with planning vacations and holiday getaways
  

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences
  

• Help organize trip details and create personalized travel plans
  

• Communicate with clients professionally by phone, email, and online platforms
  

• Keep client information and travel details organized and up to date
  

• Stay informed about destinations, travel options, and seasonal travel trends
  

• Provide friendly, responsive customer service throughout the planning process
  

Qualifications

• No previous travel experience required
  

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new online systems
  

• Strong communication and organizational skills
  

• Customer-service mindset
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  

• Comfortable communicating with clients virtually
  

• Strong attention to detail
