Remote Customer Support Representative - Spanish Speaker | Greece

A Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Greece (work from home).

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team
• Keep clear, accurate notes on every case
• Answer customer questions by phone, email or chat
• Stay calm and helpful with customers who are frustrated

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken
• EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or equivalent right to work in Greece
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once
• Team player who is open to feedback

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote
• Start date: 8 October 2026
• Full-time contract
