Primary Job Duties:

• Reports to the Lead Quality Assurance Auditor and works under the direction of Quality Assurance leadership.
• Conducts Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) audits in accordance with FAA regulations, company manuals, and departmental procedures.
• Performs internal, external, special, and allocated audits of maintenance operations, facilities, processes, vendors, and service providers.
• Plans and coordinates audit schedules, travel, and audit activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluates compliance, documents audit results, and prepares audit reports using approved quality management systems.
• Reviews corrective actions and follows findings through resolution and closure.
• Assists in the administration and continuous improvement of the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS).
• Analyzes audit and surveillance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Quality Assurance leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and report preparation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and utilize quality management, audit, and database software.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, airline maintenance programs, manuals, and procedures.
• Experience interpreting manuals, procedures, Operations Specifications (Ops Specs), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• Experience in Part 121 airline maintenance operations.
• Experience conducting audits of maintenance providers, repair stations, fuel vendors, or aviation service providers.
• Level III 1A Authorization under C.A.S.E. procedures.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, surveillance, and compliance programs within the aviation industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience.

Physical and Other Requirements:

• This is a remote position that requires regular systemwide travel, typically 2–4 days per week
• Must be able to perform all physical requirements and essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation
