The broader program includes gateway operations, engineering, cybersecurity, incident response, and ServiceNow development supporting the Government Security Operations Center at Joint Base Andrews.

This position will develop and implement ServiceNow capabilities that support operational and business processes. The developer will collaborate with Government stakeholders and sprint/DevOps teams to create workflows, wireframes, configurable dashboards, and repeatable processes across IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management.

KeenLogic offers Fortune 500-level benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid federal holidays, 401(k), and life insurance.

  • Ability to collaborate with Government sprint/DevOps teams and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver a practical, consistent user experience aligned with EACN and 89th Communications Squadron requirements.
  • Ability to respond to changing development priorities while remaining aligned with approved business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide development and implementation support for the EACN ServiceNow environment.
