The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s HR information systems, with Workday as the core platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors to ensure HR systems are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs across multiple markets.
Manage the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and upgrade of HR applications, systems, and modules, with a primary focus on Workday.
Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and issue resolution for HRIS users and stakeholders.
Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, system improvement opportunities, and automation requirements; recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations with internal and external systems, including ATS (Greenhouse), Finance and Procurement systems, employee portals, and other business applications.
Design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts based on business and operational requirements.
Manage HRIS security roles, user access, permissions, and related governance processes to ensure appropriate data access and confidentiality.
Support HR data quality, system controls, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies and applicable data privacy requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and HRIS vendors, including system implementation, operations, maintenance, and support providers.
Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement decisions, implementation planning, and commercial negotiations for new HR digital tools, applications, and system enhancement projects.
Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, process redesign, testing, change management, and user adoption.
Develop and maintain HRIS process documentation, system configuration records, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations systems, or a related function.
Hands-on experience with Workday is required, including exposure to Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and/or Integrations.
Experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party applications, including ATS, Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee experience, or other enterprise systems.
Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical HR system configurations, reports, workflows, or process improvements.
Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling HR data.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure international environment.
