Job Description Summary

The Services FP&A Process Transformation Leader will own the financial strategy and performance narrative for a critical segment of our business. You will lead high-impact financial planning, analysis, and reporting, translating complex business dynamics into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. This role requires a finance leader who moves beyond traditional reporting to actively shape the strategy, operating model, and future performance of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Own the financial performance narrative. Use sophisticated analysis and business drivers to assess returns on capital, assets, and overall value creation.
• Process Transformation: Shape priorities and operating programs across the functional area to drive significant improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Insight-Driven Partnering: Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership. Influence strategic and operational decisions through sound judgment, data-driven recommendations, and clear, compelling storytelling.
• Advanced Analytics: Leverage multiple data sources and external market perspectives to challenge conventional thinking, identify root causes, and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Operational Excellence: Operate with autonomy to advance financial best practices. Maintain a deep enterprise perspective to ensure alignment across diverse teams, functions, and geographies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University with 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
