As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services that deliver solutions addressing critical infrastructure resilience and security issues while supporting the military mission and reducing environmental impacts. The ERS Division is seeking a qualified and proactive Regional Project Coordinator to provide support to the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Program. The successful candidate will support Marine Corps installation portfolios by managing capital investment activities, consolidating project and financial data, and preparing clear reporting for leadership. This role serves as a central coordination point between planners, engineers, and program offices to ensure accurate tracking, aligned strategies, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Capital Investment (CI) activities supporting either Marine Corps Installations Command National Capital Region or Marine Corps Installations Command East.
• Track, analyze, and draft regional execution‑to‑plan reports for MILCON, UMMC, and Demolition design awards and budget milestones.
• Extract, validate, and align financial and project data with enterprise investment strategies.
• Consolidate regional project tracking information and incorporate updates into the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Prepare programmatic materials, including POM issue papers, budget exhibits, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and maintain recurring execution metric reports, including weekly fiscal updates for leadership.
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, facility lifecycle management, facilities planning, or infrastructure analysis.
• Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, or planners in a capital investment or portfolio management environment.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to gather and track schedule, budget, or planning requirements.
• Understanding of facility planning, capital investment concepts, or resource prioritization practices.
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating facilities-related requirements tracking or planning activities within Marine Corps, Navy, or DoW organizations.
• Experience supporting MCICOM, NAVFAC, or other DoW facilities programs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
