Process Improvement Sr Advisor - Express Scripts - Remote

As a member of theProcess Optimization team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of PBM operations through customer-focused service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic process improvement. What you'll do to make a difference:

• Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices along with a variety of methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and design sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future-state solutions.
• Document current-state processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of work instructions, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.

What you need to be successful:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt certification or 8+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis, summarize findings, and use insights to support business recommendations.
• Proven critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying, assessing, and resolving complex business challenges.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new business areas, concepts, and operational processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace change, and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience influencing diverse stakeholder groups and leadership audiences.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,000 - 185,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
